ZeroEggzie Recordings

ZeroEggzie is the name of our little record label originally inspired by all of the work Bob Marsh and I were doing together in the late 1990s. We have not made a release in quite some time, but have not totally given up on the notion*

If you have landed here with an interest in something published by ZeroEggzie, I’d be happy to try and help. Please contact me and we’ll take it from there!

Tracks from ZeroEggzie releases are found around the web.  All of the releases were standard CD stereo audio-only but in some cases the web versions have a visualizer component.  Here are a few of those tracks:

Quintet for Winds
Escape(5x)
FHMZ Trio Live   (with video)
Escape(5x)   (with video)

Limited copies of CD releases “Clang”and “Close Fit” are still on hand and can be made available

  • Close Fit personnel:  Nick Sondy – electric bass, electronics; Grant Strombeck – percussion, electronics, invented instruments;  Jack Wright – saxophones, piano
Some reviews:

*After its original ten or so releases (some CDRs, a few CDs) ending in 2oo4, the label became inactive. I let my ownership of its web domain expire. I did not foresee that a cabal of Ru$$!an “entrepreneurs” would buy up that domain and republish most of my HTML, but laced with links to a Ru$$ian Br!de service (that slight obfuscation is intended to thwart search engines from further associating my name to such a diversion).
